TheAcroDude in Alaska

Join TheAcroDude for some amazing acroyoga workshops in Alaska this May. TheAcroDude has travelled all over the US teaching multi-level acro communities how to be even more awesome in all forms of the acrobatic practice. An athlete and lifetime student of movement, TheAcroDude brings a martial arts background (Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu) to his practice allowing him to share an incredibly diverse and well-rounded movement practice with his students. Expect all forms of acro, including therapeutics and L-basing, with heavy emphasis on circus style acrobatics and acrobatic dance. TheAcroDude will be teaching at several venues in Anchorage and the Valley and will cover a variety of material. Each session will be unique, so consider showing up for them all! My theory is this: if you strive for bliss, bliss you shall find. How do I know? I live this theory every day. I'm Kate, a 30-something yoga teacher, rock climber, cozy clothes addict extraordinaire. I am here in this world, raw and unyielding, living a life of intention and bliss. This blog is a way for me to share the bliss I have found through food, fitness, and friendship. I strive for bliss every day, and every day I find it. I hope you find it too. Namaste.
