Class description: These rejuvenating classes focus on proper foundation and alignment while refreshing the mind and restoring even energy to the body. Each class is appropriate for students of all skill levels; building strength and stamina through core work and moderate holds. Most classes will utilize some sun salutations and mellow vinyasa-style flows to warm the body before moving into deeper postures. We rotate themes monthly, using the whole month to gradually work into one or two peak poses. Props and modifications are available to make all poses more accessible. Beginning pranayama (breath work) and arm balances may be included. Come to class and find your bliss!
