Bliss Yoga

My Bliss Theory

My theory is this:  if you strive for bliss, bliss you shall find.  Be present, be kind to yourself and others, invest in something bigger than you, eat clean, stay active, and know that every single thing in your life is a choice.

Sounds like a hipster’s tumbler post? Maybe.  But it works for me.  I’m Kate: a divorced, nearly 30-something yoga teacher abiding a plethora of dietary restrictions and an addiction to cozy clothes.  I live with my boyfriend, our roommate, and a young lady with developmental disabilities who I care for.

This blog is a way for me to share the bliss I have found through food, fitness, and friendship. Follow my blog to get interesting recipes to nourish the body, monthly yoga routines that sooth the soul, and recounts of adventures that rejuvenate the spirit.

I strive for bliss every day, and every day I find it.  I hope you take this journey with me.  Namaste.

My theory is this: if you strive for bliss, bliss you shall find. How do I know? I live this theory every day. I'm Kate, a 30-something yoga teacher, rock climber, cozy clothes addict extraordinaire. I am here in this world, raw and unyielding, living a life of intention and bliss. This blog is a way for me to share the bliss I have found through food, fitness, and friendship. I strive for bliss every day, and every day I find it. I hope you find it too. Namaste.
